The success of the project is depending on fully committed members & stakeholders.

A good way to ensure full commitment in the project group is to create a trusting environment. Trust is also vital between client and consultants.

All parties should feel safe enough to share also own failures. That will encourage colleagues to share information and their hopes and doubts. The result will be much more robust and valuable solutions.

A requirement for a trusting environment is the ability to understand the members "cultural languages", see section "Opportunities"
